I’m a busy midlife mom of two and a former elementary educator. When I left the classroom to pursue a deeper calling, I traded lesson plans for liberation: helping women like you reclaim their bodies, energy, and voices without medication or burnout.

As a Certified Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, an ICF-accredited program, I combine evidence-based tools, utilizing The Habit Change Coaching Method, with a soul-led approach. My method isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about coming home to yourself.

My background in education makes me a natural teacher and facilitator. But my lived experience of losing over 50 pounds, ditching diet culture, and reclaiming my own identity fuels my mission.
